Refund & Return Policy

At Callow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your creative tools. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


1. Return Window

You have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or refund request. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Initiation Process

All returns must be initiated by the customer. To start a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9574018290 with your order ID and a photo of the product.

3. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging (tags, boxes, and wrappers intact).
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: If the product shows signs of use, wear and tear, or is damaged after delivery, we reserve the right to decline your refund request.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
